The problem was that a lot of my friends had migrated from AIM to Facebook Chat. With the almost ungodly cost of textbooks these days, I have been looking for convenient ways to purchase affordable textbooks. I have found that textbooks less than $35 are equally priced at a bookstore or online. Unfortunately, most of my textbooks cost $60 or more just to get a used book! So I have taken to the Internet in search of solutions. This blog is the accumulation of interviewing college students and professors as well as my own personal research. So let’s jump right into the subject, shall we? 
Thankfully, some geeks out in cyberspace have created search engines that will look up textbooks at dozens of online stores and calculate the shipping and tax for me! The first is gettextbooks.com and, as the title implies, is geared specifically to textbooks. Just put in the ISBN number and it does the rest. Half.com or textbooks.com usually come up as the cheapest stores.
